1. Return Policy Overview
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy allows you to return or exchange items within 7 days of delivery.
- 7-day return/exchange window from delivery date
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Original tags and packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase required (order number/invoice)
2. Eligible Items
The following items are eligible for returns and exchanges:
- Regular priced clothing items
- Accessories in original packaging
- Unworn footwear with original box
- Non-customized items
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Customized or personalized items
- Intimate wear and swimwear
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
4. Return Process
Follow these steps to initiate a return:
- Log in to your account and visit the Orders section
- Select the item(s) you wish to return
- Choose between return or exchange
- Print the return shipping label
- Pack the item(s) securely with all original tags
- Drop off the package at the nearest courier partner location
5. Refund Process
Once we receive your return, here's what happens:
- Quality check completed within 24-48 hours of receipt
- Refund initiated to original payment method
- Processing time: 5-7 business days
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
6. Exchange Process
For exchanges, please note:
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- Size/color exchanges are free of charge
- Different style exchanges may have price adjustments
- Exchange items shipped within 2-3 business days
